Try up to two products marked with this guarantee. If you have some technical problems that we cannot help you with, or it simply isn't what you were expecting, let us know within 30 days, and we'll refund your money.

- Valid only for products marked with the iPad on Fire Guarantee.
- Bundles are not included. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
- Refunds must be requested up to 30 days after the day of purchase.
- Once approved, please allow for a week for the refund to be processed.
- User license agreement is void after refund.
- Refunds are solely at our discretion and will be refused if we feel it is being abused.
